Food supplement Composition :
Each capsule contains
Vitamin C coated 90 mg .
Vitamin E acetate 50 % 30 mg .
( Equivalent to 15 mg vitamin E )
Magnesium sulphate dried 100 mg.
( Equivalent to 14.1 mg Magnesium )
Zinc sulphate.H2O 30.2 mg .
( Equivalent to 11 mg Zinc ) Properties :
Vita -Plus Zinc capsules contain four active ingredients synergistically
acting as antioxidant .
Antioxidants play a very important role in protecting cells and tissues
against the damaging effects of excess free radicals . Indications & usage :
Antioxidant – Dietary supplement Contra-indications :
Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation . Drug interactions:
-Vitamin E in high doses potentiate warfarin effect and impair absorption of vitamin A and vitamin K.
- Magnesium decreases absorption of aminoqinolones , nitrofurantion and tetracyclines,and potentiate neuromuscular blockage of tubrocurarine.
-Vitamin C increases apparent half life of acetaminophen and enhances iron
Absorption from G.I.T .
-Zinc absorption is reduced by iron supplements and tetracyclines ,however
Reduces the absorption of copper and fluroquinolones Side effects :
Gastrointestinal disturbances may occur , and may be reduced by the administration with meals . Warning & precaution:
Caution in hyperoxaluria.
Caution in pregnancy. Dosage & administration :
One capsule 1-3 times daily . Packing :
